Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prince Albert - South by IHG

Stayed for the night on June 1/25 and was very impressed. Very clean rooms and quiet and no loud parties and front desk lady was very helpful and awesome! Check-in was great and liquid Dove shampoos and conditioner and body wash provided. Hot breakfast provided for free and the eggs and pork patty's, sausage and toast & hash browns & coffee was excellent! I will be back! Check in was quick. Breakfast was the best i seen or consumed at a hotel. I cannot say enough how much we were impressed by the breakfast. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Great pool area . We will stay if we are back in P.A .

I loved both of my experiences at this hotel. The meeting room fit our needs, they were very accommodating to the food we brought in. Free coffee and tea right outside the room. No extra charges to use their equipment. The staff were incredibly kind and always asking if I needed anything else. They were very flexible when plans changed during my stay which is something I won't forget ! The rooms are massive, everything is obviously brand new. The beds are comfy and I always find it convenient when travelling for work that there's a mini fridge and microwave. I didn't have time to go in the hot tub but I like that they have a hot tub and pool! The free hot breakfast was great with lots of options and I always appreciate free parking ! I would recommend staying here over any other hotel in Prince Albert. Thanks for the great experience!

Beautiful new hotel, the rooms are great and the breakfast outstanding, the pool area however is a bit small and very oversubscribed. I had an issue with the discrepancy between my third-party booking rate and the system rate and it took a few tries, but the amazing staff were able to sort it out (third-party booking company was at fault). A super pleasant stay.

Had an awesome experience here the room was so clean and beds were comfy. Pool was clean and it’s not to over priced.

Right near my place of business. Was great. Big, clean rooms. The staff was friendly, but they did lose my booking. So they need to.work on that. I shouldn't have to call and keep.asking for my reservation number.

The elevator feels slow, but the inside is very nice. Location is out of the way and a taxi will cost you well over $15.00 to get there. TV inside the king suite feels a little small (40 inches or less). Needs more hooks and places to put your clothes. The mini fridge area feels like wasted space. Felt like an afterthought by the design team. Breakfast should last longer or staff should go out if their way to make the people celebrating an event feel special. My newlywed friends were treated like regular customers and missed breakfast. Breakfast staff didnt offer to make them a plate or go above and beyond for them. For a new hotel, I'm disappointed by the mediocrity from your staff.

The front desk team was exceptionally kind, welcoming. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. Their warm attitude made my stay even more pleasant.
